  • good lab practices, complying with all companies policies and procedures with a specific focus on safety
  • screening new ingredients in formulations and generating technical data to support strategy
  • formulate new skincare prototypes with a specific focus on leave-on category (emulsions, gels, sunscreens, etc.)
  • monitor the quality of all new prototypes in terms of appearance, sensory, stability
  • learn the competitive landscape
  • produce and send prototype samples to support skincare development
  • support daily lab maintenance
