Gafquat™ hsi conditioning solution combines the benefits of both film forming polymers and dimethicone in personal care products, while minimizing drawbacks associated with silicones (greasy feel, build-up).This allows for stable formulation of water-insoluble silicone in aqueous products, compatibility with anionic surfactants, foam stabilization, and good stability during storage.
