Easy-release™ br 110 is designed to provide formulators with a safe and environmentally friendly option that does not compromise performance. It specifically addresses block resistance, which is the ability of two painted surfaces to be pressed together and then pulled apart without causing damage to the paint due to adhesion.
This product is both PFAS- and APEO-free and contains low volatile organic compounds (VOCs). Easy-release™ br 110 offers several key performance attributes:
- significantly improves early high-temperature block resistance, which is especially beneficial for industrial applications
- enhances dirt pickup resistance (DPUR)
- provides superior recoatability compared to PFAS materials
- easily incorporated during the letdown phase of paint production
- can be added during emulsion polymerization to achieve block resistance
Additionally, easy-release™ br 110 improves substrate wetting, flow, and leveling.
